Welcome to Kathaa! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that the item is free from any odors, stains, or damage.
Return Timeframe
You may return your item within 12 hours from the date of delivery. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@kathaa.co with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
For purchases made with a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
For purchases made with other payment methods, we will work with you to process the refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
