Return & Exchange Policy
At Kathaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 24 hours of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@kathaa.co with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
