Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@kathaa.co with your order number.
Cancellation Process
- Email us at support@kathaa.co with the subject line “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number].”
- Provide your order number, and specify the item(s) you wish to cancel.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
Conditions for Cancellation and Exchange
- Cancellations and exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
