At Kathaa, we understand the excitement of receiving your beautiful sarees. Orders are typically processed within 5 to 6 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing time may vary during peak seasons and promotions.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Kathaa will not be responsible for lost or undeliverable packages if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
